If for any reason we have made a mistake with the personalisation or the product is faulty, we will ensure it is resolved immediately. We will cover all costs for the returns of the product and replace instantly upon reciept of the faulty product. Due to the item being personalised we do not accept returns if it is just a simple change of mind
